Morning Protein Shake!

I finally received my Syntha-6 Protein powder through Amazon and I've been hooked on it. I have tried Muscle Milk before and I definitely did not like the taste. Syntha-6 has a great taste and it keeps you full until your next meal.

Here's how I prepare my protein shake every morning:

  • 2 scoops of protein powder (I have the flavor vanilla)
  • 1 cup of ice
  • 1/4 cup of strawberries
  • half of a banana
  • 10 oz of water

Sometimes I add some blueberries as well, but strawberry-banana is my current favorite. 

Does anyone else take protein? If so, what's your favorite?
