Here's how I prepare my protein shake every morning:
- 2 scoops of protein powder (I have the flavor vanilla)
- 1 cup of ice
- 1/4 cup of strawberries
- half of a banana
- 10 oz of water
Sometimes I add some blueberries as well, but strawberry-banana is my current favorite.
